Loyalty App for Snug customers

The Snug’s is launching a Loyalty App, allowing customers the chance to collect points when purchasing cocktails or burgers in one of their seven bars, and rewarded them in return with free cocktails, burgers or platters. The easy to use app will make it more accessible for regular customers to be rewarded for their continued loyalty.

For tech-savvy millennials

The Snug’s new loyalty scheme reflects a simple and concise loyalty card format, but has been upgraded to an app to reflect the needs of the tech-savvy ‘millennials’ which make up the biggest proportion of Snug customers.

Points can be earned across all cocktail and burger purchases and rewards range from a free cocktail for 9 points and a sharing cocktail for 18 points, through to two free burgers for 36 points.

The initiative will help drive sign ups to the mailing list whilst strengthening guest loyalty and also allowing guests to find their nearest Snug Bar, browse current menus and get all the latest news and offers direct to their smartphone.

The Snug bar will also be launching Apple Pay across its venues this month, allowing customers to use contactless purchase with their iPhones.
